ANOTHER REASON WHY YOU AND YOUR LOVED ONES MUST INVEST IN A SA COMMUNITY CRIME WATCH PANIC BUTTON.

At 22h57 on 2016/09/02 a panic button on the SACCW system was activated by a SACCW member Scott Henderson. Scott reported a oil refinery on fire on D819 Road near Fischer Rd Waterfall Area KZN.

SACCW Dispatched their Medical division CEMS (COMMUNITY EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES) Headed by Alan Cutten to the scene as there were reportedly medical assistance required for burn wounds to 2 people. Our control room also dispatched Netcare 911, Metro fire Department and SAPS to the scene.

At 23h21 control contacted Scott Henderson to obtain a situation report and it was confirmed that all services attended and that the fire was under control and the patients taken to hospital for further treatment. A huge thank you to all services for their excellent work last night.
